Backup Management Regular backups of the application and database.
The Developer Hours package provides flexibility to make additional changes to your web application. These hours can be used for: 1. Adding New Features Implementing enhancements to improve functionality. 2. Modifying Existing Features Adjusting current features to better suit your needs. 3. Custom Integrations Integrating third-party tools or APIs. Month-to-Month unused developer hours will not be rolled over to the next month. Please ensure all developer hours are used throughout the month.

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of software development services by Erupt Group (Pty) Ltd ("Company," "We," "Us") to the Client ("You"). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

The Company agrees to provide software development services as outlined in the mutually agreed-upon proposal, statement of work, or contract. Services may include software design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.3. Payment Terms
